Photos and Videos: Conference registration provides DFMC the authorization to use photos and videos of all registered groups and/or individuals for promotional purposes.
DFMC Special Friends Level (Two Types)
Show Your Support of the DFMC by Sponsoring one of the Special Friends levels. Additional branding and logo exposure will be conveyed.

· Patron Level $1,500
· Benefactor Level $2,000
· Notepads/Pens $3,500 (With your company name and logo.)
· Special Printing $4,250

Attendee List with Contact Information
A single sponsored event or combined sponsored events with a minimum of $3,500 will receive the registered DFMC member contact list from the current conference year July 31st, an update on August 31st, and a final attendee list post-conference.
Representatives
1. Friends Level: Two representatives allowed at the Friends Level – [Attending]
2. Red, White & Blue Level: Four representatives allowed with up to two (2) additional representatives for a fee.
3. White & Blue Level: Five representatives allowed with up to two (2) additional representatives for a fee.

Company Publications
All materials distributed within the exhibit booths must represent the services provided by the registered exhibit firm only. Representation of and distribution of materials by or for affiliated firms is not allowed.
“Sharing” of Sponsorships
One organization per sponsorship. Combining or “sharing” of sponsorships is not allowed.
Signage
For specialized signage or event materials, opportunities to give away information, or set locations in which to encounter participants, sponsors are asked to coordinate with the DFMC meeting planner: raquel@goldenrulemeetings.com. DFMC will work to accommodate requests but since all events are coordinated with the conference hotel and vendors, restrictions will apply.
